Thames Valley Police has released a CCTV image of a man who may have vital information in connection with a burglary in Reading.
The incident took place around 10am on Wednesday 6 June at a property on Canterbury Road in Whitley.
The offender forced entry through a side door at the rear of the property while the occupants were out. Once inside the offender stole a quantity of cash along with a ladies gold watch and gold V-shaped ring. Both pieces of jewellery were stored in a green box with gold trimming on the outside which was also taken.
Investigating officer, PC Stuart Keys from the Reading Investigation Hub, said: “I am keen to speak to the man in this CCTV image, as he may have information which is vital to our investigation.
