CCTV released in appeal for witnesses following incident of fraud by false representation - London

Thames Valley Police is releasing a CCTV image of a man we would like to speak to following an incident of fraud by false representation, which took place in Notting Hill Gate in London.

Between 12pm and 5pm on Friday 7 September, the victim, an 80-year-old woman, visited various banks and currency exchange kiosk where attempts were made to withdraw money from her bank card.

Case Investigator Geoffrey Hart, of the Investigation Hub at Amersham, said: “We are releasing this CCTV image in the hope that someone will recognise this man, as we believe he may have vital information regarding this incident of fraud by false representation.
