E-fit released in connection with a sexual assault – Oxford

Thames Valley Police is releasing an E-Fit image of a man they would like to speak to following a sexual assault in Oxford.

This is in connection with an incident that took place at around 4am on Saturday 9 February.

The victim, a woman, aged in her twenties, was sexually assaulted at a property in Divinity Road.

The offender gained entry to the property through an insecure window.

The person depicted in the E-Fit image is South East Asian, aged in his thirties, short and of small build. He was also riding a mountain bike.

Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Bruce Riddell, based at Oxford police station, said: “We are releasing this E-Fit image in the hope that someone may be able to identify this man.

“I would urge anyone who may have seen a man matching this description in the area around the time of the offence to please get in touch.

“Anyone who may recognise this man, or who has any information regarding the incident, can contact Thames Valley Police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference ‘43190042120’ or make a report online.

“Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
